Shipping policy

I currently ship only to these EU member countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. I currently do not ship to Cyprus, Malta and Ireland, because my courier service doesn’t cover these countries. Also, I do not ship outside the European Union. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

I ship with different carriers. Within Romania, your package is delivered via Fan Courier or DPD and typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days after you receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. For shipments to other European Union countries, I use DPD, and delivery usually takes between 5 and 10 business days. If you believe your package is delayed or stuck, please don't hesitate to contact me!

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and the total value of your order.

I offer free shipping for the orders delivered within the European Union over €275. For shipments within Romania, free shipping is available on orders over 350 RON.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses:

Please make sure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is complete and accurate. I am not responsible for parcels that are returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In such cases, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee to resend the parcel.

Delivered, lost or stolen parcels:

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier and is marked as “delivered” in the tracking system, I am not responsible for any lost, stolen parcels.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, I recommend that you:

  • Check if someone at your address or a neighbor may have accepted it on your behalf;
  • Contact the courier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email;
  • File an official claim with the courier (DPD or Fan Courier, depending on the case).

In the event of mail theft or vandalism, please contact the courier company and/or local authorities.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Important Payment Info:
Cash on Delivery is only available for shipping within Romania. Orders placed with this method outside Romania will be cancelled unless paid online.

When will my order be packed and shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 working days after the order is placed. Working days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Romania. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Will my order arrive safely?

Absolutely! Every artwork is carefully wrapped and securely packaged to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition.
