Do you deliver within Romania?
Yes, I offer nationwide delivery across Romania. Your order is processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via a trusted local courier.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes! I currently ship only to these EU member countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. I currently do not ship to Cyprus, Malta and Ireland, because my courier service doesn’t cover these countries. Also, I do not ship outside the European Union. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
How long does delivery take?
I ship with different carriers. Within Romania, your package is delivered via Fan Courier or DPD and typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days after you receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. For shipments to other European Union countries, I use DPD, and delivery usually takes between 5 and 10 business days. If you believe your package is delayed or stuck, please don't hesitate to contact me!
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Will my painting arrive safely?
Absolutely! Every artwork is carefully wrapped and securely packaged to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition.
When will my order be packed and shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 working days after the order is placed. Working days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Do you take commissions?
I'm not actively seeking for commissions right now, but if you have a great idea and you think it fits my art style and it's something I'd like to do, you can send me your ideas via email at wandersofthebrush@gmail.com
Returns Policy
Original artworks, hand-painted items, and prints:
Each painting, hand-painted table, hand-painted wooden jewelry piece, and print
is unique and handmade or produced in limited quantities.
Unfortunately, I don’t accept returns or exchanges for custom items. I hope you only purchase items you truly want, helping reduce unnecessary shipping and environmental impact.
For non-customized prints and hand-painted items available in stock, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except if the product is damaged or incorrectly shipped.
Damaged items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery
with clear photos of the packaging and item. I’ll do my best to resolve the issue, either with a replacement or a refund.
Items are missing from my order, what should I do?
I’m sorry for any inconvenience! Occasionally, mistakes can happen during packing. Please contact me as soon as possible—either by replying to your order confirmation email or through the contact form—and I will resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is complete and accurate. I am not responsible for parcels that are returned due to incorrect or
incomplete addresses. In such cases, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee to resend the parcel.
Delivered, Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier and is marked as “delivered” in the tracking system, I am not responsible for any lost, stolen parcels.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, I recommend that you:
- Check if someone at your address or a neighbor may have accepted it on your behalf;
- Contact the courier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email;
- File an official claim with the courier (DPD or Fan Courier, depending on the case).
In the event of mail theft or vandalism, please contact the courier company and/or local authorities.
