Refund policy

Original artworks, hand-painted items, and prints:
Each painting, hand-painted table, hand-painted wooden jewelry piece, and print is unique and handmade or produced in limited quantities.

Unfortunately, I don’t accept returns or exchanges for custom items. I hope you only purchase items you truly want, helping reduce unnecessary shipping and environmental impact.

For non-customized prints and hand-painted items available in stock, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided that the item is in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except if the product is damaged or incorrectly shipped.

Damaged items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item. I’ll do my best to resolve the issue, either with a replacement or a refund.
